Your Content

Straightforward and consistent, Renao's content management tools will help you shape your site in whatever way that suits your audience best.

Site Content Lists

Keeping track of your content is easy with collections.

  1. The navigation header will let you know what collection you are in, and
  2. what type of content you are viewing.
  3. search for items with the search box or
  4. use the paging arrows at the bottom of the list to browse your content.
  5. create a new item with the new button.
  6. double click on an item to open it for editing.


 

The Content Editor

Edit your content with simple form fields and rich text editing tools.

  1. The Editor is topped by the url of the item you’ve opened, and below this is a series of tabs
  2. The tabs list different properties of the current item which you fill out as desired.
  3. Clicking on the blue disk next to the tab saves your work.

Site Analytics

Keep track of visitor activity on your web site.

  1. Take a look at visitor trends across many time frames
  2. Tabs contain a variety of visitor information.

Your Design

From point-and-clicker to web-markup guru and anywhere in between, Renao's design system is flexible enough to let you have your way, whoever you are.

Themes

Renao has a variety of visual themes you can choose from.  Style your site without getting into the intricacies of web markup.

  1. Each theme is listed with a thumbnail to give you a sense of the theme’s style. 
  2. The Logo section allows you to upload a logo for use with the theme you choose.

Design Files

If the themes available don't suit you, you can jump in and modify them, or start from scratch with a design of your own.

  1. There are separate tabs for templates, stylesheets, graphics and scripts
  2. click on a file to open it for editing
  3. use the "new" button to upload multiple files at a time.
  4. create new subfolders to keep your files organized

 

The Design File Editor

Changing your design files is quick and easy with the built in editor.  It will even handle template syntax checks for you.

  1. The url of your file appears here so you can reference it in your templates
  2. Your file contents appears in the text field here
  3. Click save to send your changes back to your site for immediate use.
